1. OUR SERVICES

The services offered by Frontier AI include real-time, AI-driven sales enablement, conversation analytics, and post-call feedback for sales teams. The Services are for business purposes and should not be used where compliance with specific industry regulations is required unless specified.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Frontier AI is the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights on the platform, including source code, software, content, and trademarks. These materials are provided for internal business purposes only. No part of the services or content can be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property will result in the termination of service.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Services, you confirm that all registration details you provide are accurate, and you agree to comply with these terms. You agree not to use the services for illegal purposes or violate any applicable laws.

4. USER REGISTRATION

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Frontier AI reserves the right to reclaim usernames or suspend accounts if inappropriate behaviour or violation of terms is identified.

5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

Frontier AI accepts payment by credit card. You agree to provide accurate billing information and update payment details as necessary. Frontier AI reserves the right to modify prices and payment terms. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription anytime by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the service.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users are prohibited from engaging in activities that would harm the platform, infringe on intellectual property rights, or violate laws. Examples include using the services for illegal activities, unauthorised access, and harassment of other users. Frontier AI reserves the right to terminate accounts engaging in prohibited activities.

8. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

The Services may allow users to create, submit, or post content. By submitting content, you grant Frontier AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content. Frontier AI reserves the right to monitor and remove inappropriate or illegal content at its discretion.

9. CONTRIBUTION LICENCE

By submitting Contributions to any part of the Services, you grant Frontier AI the rights to use, reproduce, and distribute your contributions for business purposes.

10. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

Frontier AI reserves the right to monitor the Services for violations of these Terms and to take legal action, including terminating accounts and removing content that violates these terms.

11. PRIVACY POLICY

Frontier AI takes your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our Services, you agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.

12. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENTS

19. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Frontier AI and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or other damages arising from the use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case, our liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid to us during the six months prior to the claim.

20. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Frontier AI, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Legal Terms, or your breach of any rights of a third party.

21. USER DATA

Frontier AI will maintain data that you transmit for the purposes of managing the Services. You are responsible for all data transmitted and agree that Frontier AI is not liable for any loss or corruption of data.

22. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES

By using our Services, you agree to receive communications electronically and consent to electronic agreements and transactions.

23. MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms of Service and any policies posted on the Services constitute the entire agreement between you and Frontier AI. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

24. CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE

As part of your access to and use of Frontier AI’s services, you may be exposed to confidential and proprietary information, including but not limited to technical, financial, and business information related to our software, methodologies, user data, and any other material marked or generally understood to be confidential (hereafter referred to as “Confidential Information”).

You agree to:

Maintain the confidentiality of all Confidential Information and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from Frontier AI.
Use the Confidential Information only for purposes of using the services provided under this agreement and not for any other purpose, including any commercial or competitive endeavours.
Ensure that any employees, contractors, or agents who gain access to the Confidential Information comply with these confidentiality obligations.
Return or destroy any Confidential Information in your possession upon termination of this agreement or at the request of Frontier AI.

This clause will survive the termination or expiration of this agreement for a period of three (3) years, or longer if required by applicable law or regulation.

25. THE FRONTIER AI SERVICE

The “Frontier AI channels, assets, and tools” (“Channels”) refers to the website located at https://frontierAI.ai/ any associated domains, software, online tools, programs, and services under the control of Frontier AI, any content included in the channels, such as copy, text, graphics, design, video, logos, audio files, etc (collectively “Frontier AI Content”, “Content”) .

The Frontier AI channels, assets, and tools enable you to view information and engage in activity online and through connected devices related to educational programmes including courses, masterclasses, webinars, workshops, webcasts, live streams, and other educational activities (“Frontier AI Programmes”, “Courses”, “Programmes” ).

The Frontier AI programmes and Frontier AI channels, assets, and tools, including Frontier AI content, for the “Frontier AI Service” (“Service”).

All Frontier AI services are the property of Frontier AI or its licensors and are protected under copyright, trademark, and other laws.

26. LICENCE TO YOU

Subject to these terms, we hereby grant you the limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, worldwide licence to access and use the Frontier AI service solely for the use of Frontier AI’s services, at our discretion. Any other use is expressly prohibited. This licence is revocable at any time without notice and with or without cause. Unauthorised use of the Frontier AI content may violate copyright, trademark, and applicable communications regulations and statutes and is strictly prohibited. You must preserve all copyright, trademarks, service marks, and other proprietary notices contained in the original Frontier AI content on any copy you make of the Frontier AI content in accordance with these terms.

No Frontier AI content or other material made available on or through the Frontier AI service may be copied, modified, reproduced, duplicated, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, sold, transferred, publicly displayed, distributed, or used to create derivative works, in any way without written permission of the copyright owner unless such content is specifically made available for and authorised to be downloaded from the Frontier AI service, in which case you are authorised to download a single copy of such materials for your own use. For example, certain course materials may be made available as unprotected PDF files that can be downloaded by registered course participants and/or other users of the Frontier AI service. Materials not made available for download may not be downloaded or copied without prior written permission. Modification of materials obtained from the Frontier AI service, including, but not limited to, user content, for any other purpose, including, without limitation, any commercial purpose, is a violation of the copyrights and other proprietary rights of Frontier AI or its licensors, unless you have obtained express written authorization to the contrary.

27. FRONTIER AI MARKS

Frontier AI, the Frontier AI logo, and other Frontier AI logos and product and service names are or may be trademarks of Frontier AI (the “Frontier AI Marks”). Without our prior written permission, and except as solely enabled by any link as provided by us, you agree not to display or use in any manner the Frontier AI marks.
