1. Adding the Frontier AI App to Zoom

Step 1: Access the Zoom App Marketplace

• Open Zoom App Marketplace in your browser.
• Sign in with your Zoom account credentials if prompted.

Step 2: Search for Frontier AI

• In the search bar, type Frontier AI.
• Select the Frontier AI app from the search results.

Step 3: Install the App

• Click the Install button.
• Review the permissions and click Authorize to grant access to Frontier AI.

Step 4: Configure the App

• Once installed, you will be redirected to the Frontier AI configuration page.
• Sign in using your Frontier AI account credentials.
• Set up any specific preferences, such as conversation analysis and sales insights features.

2. Using Frontier AI in Zoom

Step 1: Start or Join a Zoom Meeting

• Launch a Zoom meeting as you normally would.
• Ensure that your Frontier AI app is enabled for the meeting.

Step 2: Real-time Sales Insights

• During the meeting, Frontier AI will analyze your sales conversation in real time.
• Receive insights such as customer sentiment analysis, objection handling tips, and recommended next steps, all visible directly within your Zoom meeting window.

Step 3: Post-call Review

• After the call, Frontier AI provides a post-call summary with personalized coaching tips.
• Access call transcripts, performance metrics, and suggestions for improving your next sales interaction.

3. Removing the Frontier AI App from Zoom

Step 1: Go to Zoom App Marketplace

• Open the Zoom App Marketplace in your browser and sign in.

Step 2: Navigate to Installed Apps

• Click on Manage > Installed Apps in the top-right corner.

Step 3: Remove Frontier AI

• Locate Frontier AI in your list of installed apps.
• Click Uninstall, and confirm the removal.
