1. Adding the Frontier AI App to Zoom
Important: The Frontier AI Zoom App is not listed on the public Zoom App Marketplace. You will add it directly through the Frontier AI onboarding flow.
Step 1: Begin Frontier AI Onboarding
- Go to the onboarding link provided by Frontier AI (e.g. via email or company workspace).
- Sign in using your Frontier AI account credentials.
Step 2: Authorize Zoom Integration
- During onboarding, you will be prompted to connect your Zoom account.
- Click Connect Zoom.
- A Zoom pop-up will appear requesting access permissions.
- Click Authorize to grant Frontier AI access to your Zoom account.
Step 3: Complete Setup
- Once authorized, you’ll be redirected back to Frontier AI to complete configuration.
- Here you can enable features such as real-time conversation analysis and post-call insights.
2. Using Frontier AI in Zoom
Step 1: Start or Join a Zoom Meeting
- Launch a Zoom meeting as you normally would.
- Ensure that your Frontier AI app is enabled for the meeting.
Step 2: Real-time Sales Insights
- During the meeting, Frontier AI will analyze your sales conversation in real time.
- Receive insights such as customer sentiment analysis, objection handling tips, and recommended next steps, all visible directly within your Zoom meeting window.
Step 3: Post-call Review
- After the call, Frontier AI provides a post-call summary with personalized coaching tips.
- Access call transcripts, performance metrics, and suggestions for improving your next sales interaction.
3. Removing the Frontier AI App from Zoom
Step 1: Open Frontier AI
- Log in to your Frontier AI account.
Step 2: Go to Settings
- Navigate to your Settings page.
- Select the Integrations or Connected Apps tab.
Step 3: Disconnect Zoom
- Locate the Zoom integration and click Disconnect.
- Confirm that you want to remove the integration.
Note: Disconnecting Zoom will stop Frontier AI from joining and analyzing your calls. You can reconnect Zoom at any time from this same settings area.
